Your details, kept simple

Who we are

Kariton Events is the events side of Kariton, run by Kariton Philippines Cafe Inc in the Philippines. When this page says “we”, that's us.

What we collect

• When you enquireyour name, email, mobile and company, and the event: the occasion, date, venue, guest count, service time and anything you tell us. Your name and contact details reach us when you tap Next on the first step, and each answer after that as you go, so we can follow up if you're cut off before sending.
• On your event pagewhat you fill in there — event-day details, the name you accept a quote with, payment confirmations, feedback — and the messages you send us.
• If a partner sent youwhich partner referred you, so we can credit them.
• Our team's sign-inour staff sign in with Google. Google tells us their name, email and profile photo — only to let them in. Clients never sign in.

We don't take card payments here, and the public pages use no tracking or advertising cookies. Our team's sign-in uses one cookie that keeps them signed in. The enquiry form also keeps your answers in your own browser, so they're there if you come back; once you send, the browser keeps just the link to your event page, for 30 days.

What we do with it

Reply to you, put a quote together, plan and run your event, and keep the records a business has to keep. That's it.

Who else sees it

Our team. Your event page is open to anyone holding its link, so keep the link to yourself. We never sell your details. They're stored with the services that run this site — Vercel hosts it, Neon holds the database — and Google handles our team's sign-in.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're working on your event, then as long as we have to keep business records.

Your say

Ask us to show you what we hold, fix it or delete it, and we will — those are your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Email events@kariton.com.ph, or message us on your event page.
